大芥菜 1斤 / 一個[*]
排骨 1斤[*]
草菇 8粒[*]
生薑 3片[/list]

大芥菜浸泡洗淨,切開[*]
排骨洗淨,斬為塊狀,飛水備用[*]
草菇洗淨,切半備用[*]
生薑去皮,切大塊,拍扁備用[*]
準備瓦煲,加入約兩公升清水[*]
煲滾清水後,加入薑片、排骨煲滾後約15分鐘,放入大芥菜,合上瓦煲蓋,轉慢火煲約40分鐘[*]
加入小量鹽調味,即可飲用[/list]
