豬骨 600克 約半斤[*]
羅漢果 1個[*]
粟米 2棵[*]
蜜棗 10g 約3粒[*]
陳皮 1塊[/list]

排骨洗淨斬件,飛水備用[*]
粟米剝去外皮,去掉粟米鬚,將粟米切成段備用[*]
陳皮洗淨,浸透備用[*]
將羅漢果破開備用[*]
煲滾約2公升清水,大火煲滾後[*]
將豬骨、蜜棗和羅漢果一起放入鍋中,大火燒滾後,轉小火煲約1小時[*]
將粟米加入續滾半小時,然後加鹽調味即可飲用[/list]
