蒜頭 十數粒[/list]

上湯 1 碗[*]
鹽 適量[/list]

菠菜浸洗乾淨(浸泡時間多一點時間,以清除農藥或化肥) 備用[*]
蒜頭去皮,拍扁備用[*]
燒熱油鑊,下油,下蒜頭炸炒至金黃色,下上湯煮3分鐘左右[*]
下菠菜炒至半熟,轉慢火讓菠菜索入上湯及蒜味[*]
下小許鹽調味,拌勻,即可上碟[/list]
