杉料:燕窩,蛋,糖,鮮奶
2-3人份量,印尼白燕窩2盞
燕窩先要浸3小時

然後隔水蒸40分鐘左右備用
一盒鮮奶,大概係一盒屋仔奶份量|

2隻蛋白,一隻蛋

與鮮奶混合,加一點點砂糖攪勻
