材料 : 牛腩 (買左$50 ,都幾多下啦,足夠2-3人份量啦!)
白蘿蔔一條老
豆卜(呢個係小雨喜歡食的,所以加左少少落去一齊燜^^)
調味/配料: 冰糖一小塊,老抽,柱侯酱,薑,鹽,八角[/color][/size][/font]

牛腩先飛一飛水

整清湯腩就唔洗用鍋爆香了~~
小雨的方法:
最好用瓦/瓷煲,因為可以保持到個溫度,會比較易林~~
煲大概1公升水,放埋薑片落去煲,(好似平時煲湯咁) @@
等水滾之後,放牛腩同埋D調味料落去,

老抽同柱侯和3茶匙~

冰糖一小塊

攪匀就可以轉最細火,等佢慢慢燜了 ^^

燜了大概一個鐘左右,加入蘿蔔

大概燜1.5-2個鐘就OK喇 ^^
如果中意食林D既,就燜2個鐘,小雨呢煲都係燜左兩個鐘!
