飯後健康好習慣
1.消化不良,飯後喝大麥茶或橘皮水;
2.飯後吃個柿子,可潤肺生津、養陰清燥;
3.吃得太油膩,喝杯芹菜汁;
4.吃速食麵後吃水果,有效補償維生素與礦物質不足;
5.吃蟹後喝生薑紅糖水,能祛寒暖胃、緩解胃部不適;
6.吃火鍋後喝點優酪乳,有效保護胃腸道黏膜。
