香港已經變咗唔適合人生活既地方

太陽報:本港樓價狂飆，美國一間顧問公司的調查更顯示本港已成全球樓價最貴的地方。有關調查以受查城市的家庭入息中位數年入標準，發現本港樓價中位數達家庭每年入息中位數的十一點四倍，數據顯示，本地樓價不但遠超市民可負擔水平，港人亦成全球負擔最重的可悲房奴。本港學者指本港樓價高昂是不爭的事實，不少打工一族慨嘆置業難，即使最後成功購樓，生活質素亦大為下降，他促請政府應加大力度打擊炒樓，並增加土地供應，以紓緩市民對政府施政的不滿。美國顧問公司Demographia統計全球三百二十五個城市，當中包括八十二個國際城市，了解有關城市住宅樓價及市民負擔能力。調查結果顯示，截至二○一○年第三季，一百一十五個城市的住宅樓價屬可負擔的水平（即相當於或低於當地家庭入息中位數三倍的水平），九十四個城市樓價屬於中度難以負擔水平，四十二個城市樓價屬嚴重不能負擔水平，七十四個城市樓價更達至完全不能負擔的水平。調查顯示香港的樓價中位數至去年第三季升至二百五十八萬元，但同期的家庭每年入息中位數僅為二十二萬五千多元，樓價中位數達家庭年入中位數十一點四倍，成為全球樓價最難負擔的城市，換言之，一個入息達到中位數的香港家庭，要不吃不喝近四年，才可儲足樓價中位數的三成，作為首期置業。
