skin就會依賴左d mask既營養嚕
I am very lazy,full 1 time a month
我最多都係一星期敷2次...好懶

cream mask 我覺得Jurlique - moisture replenishing mask, Caudalie - vinosource moisturizing cream mask, Dr. Hauschka - rejuvenating mask, Dermalogica - intensive moisture masque都幾好用...
mask唔洗日日敷架, 平時保養做得好, 一星期敷一兩次就ok架啦~
呢輪咁凍... 無敷.. 之前SUMMER就隔日敷... 日日都敷太勤力啦~{:4_14:}
有時針清完會用下。。。。。。。
