sis…煮野食一問!!!

自從識左依家個BF,就多左開始玩煮飯仔…開始煮下飯煮下菜咁.
但唔知點解呢排食落D菜心…好多都有D苦味咁!!!


係D菜心唔當做,定還是我洗菜唔乾淨

?我已經用水龍頭D水沖左幾轉架啦!!!

唔係wo, 我昨日食果d好好味wo, 你有無落豪油?
洗菜有無剪左個尾部份?
因為運菜途中驚有感染

    我唸你可以用水浸耐少少, 期間換水大概2次, 可能好的, 不過我食個的叫寧夏菜芯無呢個情形, 你可以試下

應該係你洗得唔夠乾淨啦,可能仲有D農藥係度咪攪到咁囉!!!
同埋香港D水龍頭水好污糟架…你真係想洗乾淨D菜,就買個過濾器啦~
我就用緊鑽石能量水囉!!!

你可能唔識炒, 你落油炒幾下, 跟住落小許水炆熟佢就ok, 有時炒得耐係會苦!

有時D菜唔靚係會有D苦, 唔關你洗得乾唔乾淨, 如果唔係太靚既菜飛一飛水再炒就唔會有苦味, 不過唔好飛水太耐, 如果唔係就會變左做焯菜芯, 同埋菜浸喺水太耐會無晒D營養, 除非菜湯啦, 因為你會飲返嘛...

我睇新聞話,其實D菜浸得太耐會無左D維生素...(因為香港D水喉水有好多氯氣),真係浸又死唔浸又死!!!

    唔係因為水有乜既問題而係維生素同葉綠素都係水溶性既, 浸喺水就會流晒喺水度...
