【番茄炒蛋】

【番茄炒蛋】

材料:番茄500克,雞蛋150克
調味料:植物油25克,白砂糖10克,鹽3克

做法:
1. 把番茄洗淨,去蒂,切成象眼塊
2. 雞蛋打入碗內,加入鹽少許,攪勻
3. 將炒鍋放植物油,先將雞蛋倒入,炒成散塊,盛出
4. 炒鍋中再少放些植物油,油燒熱後放入番茄翻炒幾下,再放入雞蛋,攪炒均勻加入白糖、鹽,再翻炒幾下,用澱粉勾芡即成
