琴日買左啦~即晚開始食~~食左一次, 覺得好似有D作用, 雖然未話好似一日去多幾次清晒D宿便但起碼已經去到次 (平時係3,4日先一次")
終於體會到去到廁所個感覺係幾甘好, 個人係明顯有輕鬆左既feeling
而且佢係vanilla 味, 但唔甜, 都幾易入口, 而且又唔驚會肥~
食完幾好~~會再update大家!!!

不過唔會好急好肚痛個種,係感覺便意多左個種!!
真係清到好多宿便!!!
不過我唸再食多五日應該唔會去得咁勁^^因為宿便都清得7788
但就可以keep到每日都去到^^

今朝磅重真係輕左3磅!!!!!!!!!!我係keep住48kg幾年都無變果d..
