以前成日聽d大人講話飲奶對身體好,,今日lunch time無聊走去7-11買雜誌,
見到牛奶公司有高鈣低脂奶出左..話係新配方~~~@@

其實而家既奶都幾多係高calcium...
所以都OK 其實乜奶咩奶都係睇個人自己喜歡既...咩牌子根本冇關...高鈣低脂其實係唔係真要睇清楚先可以... sure啦-,- 所以我自己買奶都係買高鈣低脂/脫脂奶的~
