我一直都有經痛煩惱, 又唔想成日食止痛藥, 呢排上网見到有D中藥沖劑話有益母草成份, 有助舒緩經痛, 調經活血咁話, 有無sis試過? 食呢D係咪好過食止痛藥? 可以試下益母草蜜糖+熱牛奶益母草對女仔好好ga
