喜歡黃心或紫心番薯糖水

番薯糖水好易自己整, 水滾下切好的番薯、拍好的幾片薑片,

滾起轉慢火, 煲約廿分鐘下片糖搞溶即成!

現天氣熱了點, 厨房不熱還可自己煲, 不然到糖水舖去吃了! ^^

是呀! 街上少吃到紫心番薯糖水, 多數都在甜點, 月餅的餡料中! 要自己煲了!

色素係天然有, 係好深紫, 起初都驚, 但網上資料話番薯本身係抗水, 好難打針既, 放心 D! {:1:}

反而怕好易煲溶, 變番薯蓉! ..
