你地會唔會有時覺得個肚會谷谷地, 關唔關宿便時. ??有咩解決方法.? 好多D生果同菜，同埋多D按摩個肚.... 我呢排都係!!! 野都食少左好多, 我唸住睇下醫生 >< 我都有呢個問題, 唔知關唔關係office 坐得多事而且成日肚谷谷, 攪到個腩仔突左出黎, 好礙眼. 我都有呢d 感覺
所以岩岩買左白蘭氏隻纖梅飲番黎試下睇下有無用. 買洋車前子!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!勁有效仲好平(印度野黎~)印度鋪頭買20幾蚊一大盒~@@

我連飲左3,4日~~開頭1,2日冇感覺~~
之後就all得好暢快~好順~最開頭d屎硬d~因為便秘人~
咁我天天all 2次~

因為飲完佢會吸水~發漲~好飽~
大約飲3,4日~~清一清停一停~再飲番~
因為真係好多屎= ="hahahaa~
我一次只係落一匙左右~~要等佢吸多d水@@!
