一定一定,因為我一定要在這十幾日裡減10磅~
我打算早晚按摩d減肥穴位
同埋晚上慢跑2個鐘,希望能減到啦,

    唔係話跑步唔好, 而係你話依家開始晚晚跑兩個鐘唔好啫, 你可以由1個鐘/半個鐘開始, 每日加長D...

    哦~甘其實我所謂的2小時唔係真係跑足架~嘿嘿~都係半小時拉筋~跑一小時~然後再抽筋^^
