禽晚咁凍...下午茶飲左杯熱奶茶
估唔到就咁o係床上面呆左5個幾鐘....無訓過{:4_45:}
頂唔順起左身玩電腦{:4_51:}

   我番夜班放6點都會死去買咖啡奶茶= =" 又唔怕訓唔著.. *
   (嘆* 熱紅茶中....* )   有好多sis 唔受得...訓前最好唔好飲咖啡/奶茶/紅茶 等等....*

所以盡量午飯或以前飲用啦! 除非預咗捱夜...
