    我都有飲過. 我覺得食膠原蛋白果d, 效果大少少, 而且又平d.
    我兩種都有試過~~

    我係食膠囊果d, 一枝枝飲果d太貴啦~
    但我隻膠囊膠原蛋白唔多, 但都有效果. 但我都諗住轉, 試下第二d. 粉狀果d~~
