焗鯖魚@焗茄子
呢幾日聖誕假期真係大食特食=.=食左好多高脂肥"利"野 {:19:}
今日開始食返d清淡d既先得了 {:2:}
照住尋晚去街買既食譜,整左兩種送~
好簡單,而且唔洗煮,唔怕有油煙又唔會肥!
家中有焗爐就做到了 {:22:}

d魚切粒粒好快熟,焗5-8分鐘就ok了 !
焗前要先醃30分鐘等佢入味 ^^
焗出黎比煎既味道好好多架 {:22:}

茄子調`味之後,要擺上碟蒸一蒸,咁就唔洗焗咁耐都會好林喇,而且入味d ~
