白髮不要拔掉
白髮本身只是黑色素不足，其實倒是健康的頭髮。如能改變飲食及作息，多攝取碘類，仍可能恢復為黑髮。
如果性急，直接將白髮拔掉，則毛囊永久受損，不但長出新髮
的機會、速度變小，且其周圍健康的毛囊也受到損傷，自然其
它的頭髮的黑色素製造也隨之減緩，最後其他頭髮不是跟著變

哈哈哈....我都係咁話 講開白頭髮我覺得有遺傳架, 我dad家族果邊好多都有白頭髮, i mean係小朋友, 我小學果陣成頭都係白頭髮,
