澳州也有劏房 !!!

澳洲華業主剝削華生一屋劏12房租53人
【本報訊】澳洲阿德萊德不少無良華人業主，被揭發將住宅單位劏房分租予英語欠佳的中國留學生牟利，其中一個單位更被劏成十二間房租予五十三人，有些甚至連露台亦當房間出租。

澳洲《星期日郵報》記者調查後發現，雖然阿德萊德禁止將客廳改成睡房，但劏房情況卻十分普遍。一名華人業主聲稱在留學時代已懂得以劏房牟利，他把十二個兩房單位，用衣櫃、床單、浴簾等間隔成劏房，遇到當局檢查時便將布簾收起；而每間劏房則分租給四名留學生，收取每人每周一百三十澳元（約一千港元）租金。
當地一家銀行早前因一名華人業主無法供樓，收回物業後要求租戶離開時揭發單位被劏房分租。當地的住戶租務仲裁機構指有些單位甚至連露台亦當房間出租，租住劏房的大多是一些英語欠佳的初到埗留學生，剝削他們的更往往是同聲同氣的業主。
