暖苙苙的支竹排骨煲 ^@^

尋晚真係唔想出街,係屋企整左個支竹排骨煲食 {:22:}
(偷師自男友既媽咪,不過我自己又加左黠創意,呵呵)
材料好簡單: 排骨,支竹,調料:生抽,老抽,油,雞粉,糖

蒜子爆香後放排骨和以上調味料落煲,燜30-40分鐘就ok ~
支竹等差不多好的時候放,喜歡食林d就早少少放啦 {:22:}

天氣凍食真係好正,好味呢 {:22:}
最好笑的是,我問男友,味道如何呀?
男友話:好好食呀,好正 !
我:我同你媽子邊個既好味d?
男友:兩個都好味,唔同風格~~
我:哈~~~
