嬌蕉包終於俾人告抄野~

我一直覺得嬌蕉包抄HERMES,但台灣O個邊好HIT~
連名星都用~
最近佢終於俾Hermes告~

因台灣藝人大S徐熙媛用作婚宴手信大派親友而潮爆兩岸三地的台灣土炮手袋品牌嬌蕉包，遭法國名牌愛馬仕（Hermes）的代理商控告侵權，台北地檢署昨依違反商標法，起訴嬌蕉包的兩名生產商。
嬌蕉包把類似愛馬仕Birkin袋的款式作為圖案，印在帆布袋，連商標亦相似，售價僅約一千五百元新台幣（約三百八十港元）。

愛瑪仕早前跨海狀告嬌蕉包抄襲，索償七億四千萬新台幣（約一億九千萬港元）。地檢署調查之後認定，愛馬仕已向經濟部註冊取得商標權，嬌蕉包涉嫌違反商標法，故此對兩名負責人提出起訴。

其實我覺得幾有創意, 幾幽默, 不過hermes 應該會企硬告...
