在舞台上固然有一番龍爭虎鬥，而在紅地氈上，亦是一眾女藝人爭妍鬥艷的時刻，除了比拼身上鑽飾價值外，更大鬥巧製手工的心思。其中鄭裕玲（Dodo姐）一身行頭為全場最貴，超過5,500萬港元。而最特別晚裝則非胡杏兒和鍾嘉欣莫屬，前者的黑色羽毛裙以人手逐條貼上，後者的水晶閃裙更用了200小時來縫製。[/p]

今年頒獎禮由Dodo姐及王浩信做主持，Dodo姐身穿本地設計師何國鉦設計的白色露背長裙現身，她說身上所戴的行頭單是手上的13卡鑽戒，已達2,800萬港元。[/p]

其後，胡杏兒孖住鄭嘉穎到場，品牌Sovereign Romance為她度身訂造全黑羽毛裙，杏兒透露這條裙是無價，因為專為她而設，裙上的羽毛由人手逐一黐上，直到昨晨才完成，正好趕及晚上的頒獎禮，稱得上是最有心思的台慶晚裝。[/p][p=30, 2, left]

提到杏兒男友黃宗澤當晚的一身casual裝扮，杏兒取笑他是「廁所Look」，問她拿獎會否再公開多謝黃宗澤，杏兒就笑說上到台再想。另一位同樣打扮充滿心思的鍾嘉欣，身穿價值逾13萬的水晶閃裙現身，她指裙上的水晶是人手逐一釘上，出自名設計師鄭兆良之手，總共花了200小時縫製。[/p][p=30, 2, left]
