天氣凍左 容易肥左
天氣凍左 成日都想食野 特別係甜品 真係好容易肥 呢期我都食多左多好野因為真係凍 經常想吃多D 飽肚暖胃! 不知不謂就增磅 .. {:18:} 係囉 減肥計劃又失敗了 keep住做運動啦 又會暖o的 又可以減肥 我都有keep住做運動
