華懋趕盡殺絕 追討陳振聰20億陳振聰爭奪龔如心千億元遺產失敗後，惡運接踵而來。龔如心臨時遺產管理人終於向陳振聰出手，以華懋旗下公司名義入稟高院，指陳利用風水師身份和與龔如心的親密關係佔便宜，趁龔如心癌病惡化期間向她施加不當影響，濫收她三筆各6.88億元（合共20.64億元）的巨額風水治病服務費，並轉帳給由他本人控制的公司。管理人要求高院撤銷該三次轉帳交易，並要求陳振聰交代有關款項去向，並歸還款項以及從中獲取的所有利益。

癌症惡化 依賴風水治病
入稟高院的原告Diamond Leaf Limited及Veron International Limited，是華懋集團旗下用作控股投資和股票交易的兩間英屬維爾京群島公司，屬龔如心遺產的一部分。兩名被告分別是陳振聰及一直由他控制的英屬維爾京群島公司The Offshore Group Holdings Limited（OGHL），陳振聰的二弟陳振鴻曾是OGHL的唯一股東，至○六年八月才把股權歸還給陳振聰。
入稟狀指，龔如心於九二年九月經人介紹認識了風水師陳振聰，兩人後來有親密關係，由於龔篤信風水，陳振聰可藉此向她施加影響，尤其是在她晚年病重之時。金錢報酬是陳振聰考慮他們兩人關係的理由，陳振聰於九三至九六年已收了龔巨額金錢。
龔如心於○四年得悉自己患癌，曾到美國波士頓接受治療，陳振聰知道她有依賴風水協助治病。龔的癌細胞於○五年九月擴散，陳振聰於兩個月後指示華懋判頭王良煥在淺水灣道129號掘洞，陳掘洞完畢後即趕往美國探望龔，並把OGHL的資料交予她，原告即支付首筆巨款給OGHL。

帶內衣頭髮 北上「做啲嘢」
○六年三月，龔病情惡化，陳振聰其後指示王在粉嶺中心和華懋廣場掘洞，原告再支付第二筆巨款給OGHL。○六年七月，龔病情急劇惡化，陳其後指示王在銅鑼灣L酒店掘洞。龔於○六年九月向何惠德醫生透露，指「好朋友」（陳振聰）曾帶她的內衣服和頭髮回內地「做啲嘢」，但似乎無效。陳振聰後來再為龔如心準備了一份給他一千萬元的特別饋贈遺囑，原告於一個星期後支付第三筆巨款。
原告指，掘洞和上述三筆有好意頭的付款都是陳振聰的風水服務費，陳利用風水師身份和與龔如心的親密關係，趁她體弱病重和沒有獨立意見的情況下，向她濫收不成正比的風水服務費，已構成不當影響。此外，原告付巨款也不會對龔如心和原告有重大利益，付款屬不合情理交易。原告因此要求高院撤銷該三次轉帳交易。 佢今次都真係抵死, 有今日喇 6 億水風費真係誇張, 比咗佢咪又唔係唔使死! 趁佢病攞 ..
