我係睇醫生架, 不過個醫生都要試藥, 佢話皮膚有分酸鹼性, 要睇下個病人係邊種至可以對症下藥..

咁你D角質死皮會BLOCK住左D護膚品架喎, 如果唔識搞去角質既話可以用磨砂洗面奶都得 (呢樣係我之前聽人講既), 我試過都幾WORK架, 同用去角質既野效果好似...

磨沙我之前都有一星期用一至兩次既
但係因為而家太凍，我皮膚又超乾
所以就變左唔敢用

所以而家就算夏天，我覺得個嘴乾我都會照搽潤唇膏
等個嘴冇機會甩皮，少左搣，而家都冇左呢舖癮lu

都係呀, 其實呢啲內服慨嘢, 有幾多真係可以比皮膚吸收到, 真係冇人知,
反而去食中藥, 真係調理好個身體反而仲好呀

梗係冇啦，連埋盒裝飲品都冇8杯咁多
夏天最多都係飲一至兩支水咋
我係0個種唔口渴就飲唔落水既人黎
