健康的牙齒並不白
對於不惜健康與重金去追求牙齒美白的做法，眾多牙科專家都指出，牙齒的潔白和健康是同時需要關注的，切不可只為時尚、漂亮而忽視了最根本的東西。尤其是對於缺少良好口腔衛生習慣的國內消費者來說，保護牙齒健康才是最重要的。一來，淡黃半透明的象牙色才是正常的牙齒本色與健康的牙齒標誌。牙齒由牙冠、牙根與牙頸三部分組成，顯露于口腔未被牙齦覆蓋的部分稱之牙冠。牙冠的表面覆蓋一層琺瑯質，醫學術語稱之牙釉質，其正常厚度約2－2.5mm。牙釉質主要由96％的無機物與少量的有機物和水所組成，是人體中質地最硬、鈣化程度最高的組織，對咀嚼磨損具有良好的抵抗力。牙釉質的顏色與其鈣化程度密切相關，鈣化程度愈高，釉質則愈透明。牙釉質的下方是牙本質，牙本質的構成成分與骨質相似，顏色呈黃色或淡黃色。由於成人正常鈣化的牙釉質呈半透明狀，因此牙本質的顏色可透過牙釉質，從而導致正常健康的牙冠呈淡黃半透明的象牙色。如果將上述正常的牙色誤認為所謂“黃牙”而接受牙齒美白，則是大錯特錯。
二來，市場上還未出現一種絕對能滿足消費者需求的牙齒美白產品。許多消費者都希望在進行牙齒脫色後，自己的牙齒可以像明星的牙齒那樣，雪白晶瑩，其實除非是做烤瓷牙，否則現在還沒有美白功效那麼顯著的產品。專家告訴記者，牙齒脫色的主要處理方法是酸處理，或者脫鈣處理，使用這種方法後可以使黃、黑的牙齒顏色變淺，但脫色後的牙齒光澤度不夠自然，而且會使牙釉質脫礦、軟化，降低其鈣化度，從而減低牙釉質的透明度，使牙齒表面呈無光澤的白堊色。眾多的研究已經證明：過濃的漂白劑、過久的漂白療程，不僅損害牙釉質，還可造成牙髓組織的損害。牙釉質一旦受損，抵抗磨耗與細菌的能力大為降低，極易發生齲病與牙周病。 為了擁有健康的牙齒，最關鍵的是從小呵護，牙齒發育的關鍵是牙齒的胚胎期，因此，母親在懷孕的時候以及兒童在幼兒時期，使用藥物應當謹慎，否則將影響牙釉質的發育，造成不健康的牙齒和色素沉著。此外少喝茶、咖啡、紅酒等深色飲料，飯後勤漱口，特別是要戒煙。美國牙科學會還建議儘量少喝蘇打水和運動飲料，因為其對牙齒琺瑯質的損害程度大大超過可樂。如果一定要喝，為了減少飲料與牙齒接觸的時間，要儘量快喝，而不要小口抿，或者用吸管也行。 但白d好睇d~ [b]回復 [url=http://lady.qooza.hk/forum/redirect.php?goto=findpost&pid=697012&ptid=24204]2#[/url] [i]sandyh[/i] [/b]
