杏仁珍珠豆腐湯製作方法：
1、豆腐洗淨，切成小塊;
2、大杏仁洗淨，放入鍋內，加入適量清水，旺火煮10分鐘左右，然後放入豆腐塊，再次煮開後加入珍珠粉和葡萄糖粉，繼續煮5分鐘左右即可食用。
