洛神花茶~~~~~~~~
原來洛神花茶有咁多好處~~~平時都有飲開花茶,但係飲玫瑰花茶多
今日行超市見到有洛神花,買黎試下 :)
我喉嚨發炎岩岩好返, 清熱消炎岩曬我啦 !

第1次沖呢隻花,唔係咁知份量放左朵花
d花聞落感覺有少少酸,好似d山楂差唔多味 @@

用滾水泡左5分鐘左右,已經感覺杯茶好濃咁 @@ 唔知係咪我落既份量多左呢 !

泡好之後d顏色同紅酒冇咩分別,飲落都幾酸,不過都ok易入口既,有咁多功效酸d都唔怕啦 xD
