盆菜有幾層?
[size=2][color=black][b]有關香港的歷史，通常說的都是她如何從一百年前的小漁村發展成今天的國際級城市，那麼，之前呢？是甚麼也沒有的嗎？[/b][/color][/size][color=black][b][size=2]原來七百多年前，香港這個海邊的小地方，有過皇帝的足跡，還有盆菜！
據說於南宋末年，元兵侵入宋土，逼得皇帝宋端宗和大臣文天祥、陸秀夫、張世傑等四處逃亡，來到現在的新界。嘩，皇帝和大軍駕臨，新界居民立即以最好的菜式招待，不過事出突然，盛菜的用具不夠，於是他們就把食物像層層疊般排在大木盆中，發明了今天的盆菜。[/size][/b]
[size=2][b]一般來說，盆菜共有九層，最多會有十一、二層。用料沒有特別規定，通常包括枝竹、魷魚、豬皮、冬菇、雞、魚球和炆豬肉。上層會放些較名貴和需要先吃的東西，例如雞和大蝦，最下層就放容易吸收汁液的材料，例如豬皮和蘿蔔，吃的時候，由上至下逐層逐層吃下去。[/b][/size]
[/color][color=black][b][size=2]現在很多新界圍村的居民，還會在喜慶節日一起吃盆菜，有時，吃盆菜的人可以多達六萬人！這麼多人一起吃飯，只是準備工夫和材料份量便很驚人。以煮三千人的份量為例，燒菜時就要動用八個大爐灶，煮兩至三天，豬肉便要一千四百斤，雞也要二百六十隻，而這只是其中兩層！
咦？為甚麼聽起來盆菜沒甚麼菜，卻有很多肉呢？這是因為招待古代的皇帝，蔬菜顯得不夠矜貴，所以蔬菜和飯麵都會另外分別送上。三千人吃飯，便要八十八袋五公斤米了。[/size][/b]

其實我係成個盆菜都mama地鐘意..
