女人身上最脆弱的7個部位
1、頭髮女性如果一年染髮次數超過12次，那她患淋巴瘤的概率會比從不染髮的女性高26%。每年染髮不要超過兩次，染髮前一定要做皮膚測試。2、眼睛青春期、月經期、妊娠期、絕經期……“視力危機”幾乎貫穿女性一生。在這些階段，女性應多補充B族維生素。
3、鼻子研究人員表示，由於女性經期時血液成分發生變化，免疫力相對較差，呼吸道更容易感染。在此期間，應遠離污染較重的地方，或過冷、過熱的環境。
4、皮膚添加了化學物質的化妝品，往往讓皮膚變得脆弱；陽光則更是皮膚面臨的又一個難關。 5、乳房美國性愛專家艾倫·瑞浦指出，乳房是女性最脆弱的部位——性生活中，男性過於粗暴的行為可能影響乳房血液循環，人工流產也會讓乳腺癌機率加大，甚至連過多蕾絲和尼龍材質的文胸都可能導致泌乳障礙。
6、心臟體重的大起大落讓女性心臟受到了更大威脅。報告指出，如果女性一年中體重減少或增加超過10斤，那心臟就會受到明顯損害。
