吃菠蘿為什麼要加鹽水
因為菠蘿的肉果裡含有豐富的糖分、維生素C、檸檬酸、蘋果酸等有機酸,但是當你不蘸鹽水生吃時,就會感到嘴巴有刺痛,那是菠蘿酸在起作用。由於這種酸能夠分解蛋白質,因此才會對口腔粘膜產生刺痛作用。菠蘿蘸了鹽水後,就能抑止菠蘿酸的作用,使菠蘿吃起來味道更香甜。 下次試下先 食PINEAPPLE,楊桃,蘋果啦,都會用鹽水 原來浸鹽其中一個原因係因為避免個咀會刺痛啊, 我一直都以為係甜D咋, 屋企一唔浸鹽水就覺得個菠蘿唔係咁好食... 呢樣我媽媽有講我知,佢話唔浸鹽水,會la脷架! 不過我以為係d釘o既問題,原來係菠蘿酸但有時就算浸左鹽水,都會有d la脷架... 如果唔加鹽條利真係會痛=3= 我唔加架 [b]回復 [url=http://lady.qooza.hk/forum/redirect.php?goto=findpost&pid=670498&ptid=23474]3#[/url] [i]candykwan[/i] [/b]
