我細個成日都去大排檔用碳爐打邊爐,都係一碟乜都有咁叫架! 最記得有幾隻蝦插左o係度,哈哈~

係啊, 大排檔既就係咁了, 可能依家好少用碳爐了, 用晒石油氣...以前既人打邊爐係一件一件咁整, 依家既人都數都係要快, 一次過放好多野, 一煲熟咁...

我諗依家d大排檔仲有o既,但已經唔係用碳爐lu.. 以前聽到d碳"啪啪"聲好有風味架!

係呀! 以前o個碟野食到成晚架喇! 因為食乜就落乜,好少乜都掉哂落去,所以以前d野好似好食d,唔會太老嘛~
