難得自己一個人, 有機會學下煮野食~想煮意粉, 但醬汁方面覺得超級市場買的一罐罐玻璃個隻唔好食, 但自己又不懂調醬汁
就想起金寶系列應該幫到我....

$24.90 / 3 罐

總數約$80, 如果一個人的份量最起碼可以食4次或以上...好化算~但會好悶!!!....

上面應該是2人份量, 我一個人只有...
醬汁 1/2 罐
意粉 隨意, 唔知份量 XD
洋蔥 1/4個
煙肉: 2條 (煎完會縮水左一半, 所以我覺得3條都可以)
蘑菇: 2粒 (份量較多)
還有雞翼幾隻, 用油、鹽、糖、胡椒粉、醬油 醃約半小時至一小時
