[font=Verdana, sans-serif][attach]6558[/attach][/font][/p][p=30, 2, center][font=Verdana, sans-serif]Set可加錢要一個appetizer...我選了焗薯皮...美味...薯皮上有分量剛好的薯肉...中間填滿了芝士...topping的煙肉也落得大方...焗得香香的...這類型的薯皮在Dan Ryan's都可以吃到...但兩人吃一碟又太多吃不完...每次都唯有放棄...所以已經久遺了...[/font]
[font=Verdana, sans-serif][attach]6560[/attach][/font][/p][p=30, 2, center][font=Verdana, sans-serif]師兄的Angus牛...他點了5成熟...血血的...grill得挺漂亮...但他嫌漂亮的只有一面...另一面並沒有grill得香香的...肉質很鬆軟很稔...他懷疑肉有加了少許鬆肉東東...我就吃不出...薯蓉都美味...以這個價錢計的portion及quality的Angus牛...已是很超值的了...[/font]
[font=Verdana, sans-serif][attach]6559[/attach][/font][/p][p=30, 2, center][font=Verdana, sans-serif]我的至愛ribs出場...要了半份portion...碟頭仍很大...端上來已聞得很香的BBQ醬味道...雖然大家都知道ribs是很難"純粹"烤熟...一定會先烚後烤...但吃得出這其後的烤絕不馬虎...烤得很香...表面還脆脆的...肉很稔...不需9牛2虎力及匀鑽刀功已可去骨...最讚的是ribs尾的部份連著一小排軟骨...有咬口又令overall質感不太乾...簡直是bonus呢...[/font]
[font=Verdana, sans-serif]雖是side dish...但這個扁薯條又是很讚...新鮮的炸得香脆可口...椒鹽還不只限表面...是均勻的分佈在每根薯條的底面...細心抵讚...[/font]
