酸酸甜甜*v* 糖醋魚塊 , 好味呀 @c@ ~~~~~~

今日整左糖醋魚塊,用左偷懶既方法 {:21:} (用左李錦記糖醋骨醬)
呢幾日bf轉工, 瀕瀕撲撲左幾日,辛苦喇~~ 煮個新送慰勞下 {:14:}

以下係李錦記食譜 :

[color=#de2624][b]我用左石斑柳,加左一鑵菠蘿,酸酸地好好送飯^_^ !!

魚柳解凍之後切細塊,用醃料醃大概30分鐘,因為我怕有雪味同腥味,所以我醃既時間比較長,
醃料: 楜椒粉,糖,生抽,粟粉,油

菠蘿可加可唔加, 切細粒備用

魚柳炸好備用,
不過炸野真係好晒油 @@''

將魚塊加入糖醋骨醬中炒勻熱透。

    可以買個細細地既都ok :)  焗爐有時都可以整好多送架 , 又可以焗面包~
