[/font][font=新細明體]蛋及砂糖隔熱水,用快速打發。[/font]

[/font][font=新細明體]打至泡沫幼密有黏性,蛋漿流下時留有痕跡。[/font]

(A) [/font][font=新細明體]慢慢加入麵粉,用打蛋器拌勻,至無粉粒,再慢慢流入牛油液拌勻。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman](B) [/font][font=新細明體]或蛋漿打起,用橡皮刮刀拌勻,至無粉粒,再慢慢流入牛油液拌勻。[/font]

[/font][font=新細明體]注入蛋糕圈內。[/font]

[/font][font=新細明體]放入預熱[/font][font=Times New Roman]180[/font][font=新細明體]度的焗爐內,焗約[/font][font=Times New Roman]20-25[/font][font=新細明體]分鐘。[/font]

[/font][font=新細明體]可用竹籤測試蛋糕是否熟透,如竹韱只黏上蛋糕碎發蛋糕邊布稍微縮小,即表示熟。[/font]
