法國患有厭食症的女演員兼模特兒伊莎貝爾卡洛（Isabelle Caro）日前傳出已在11月過世的消息，卡洛的演技指導老師證實這項消息。

曾經在義大利的時尚廣告中出現的卡洛於11月17日過世，年僅28歲，當時她剛結束在日本的工作回到法國。她的指導老師表示，雖然不知卡洛真正的死因，但知道卡洛因為厭食症而久病許久。

卡洛在13歲時就患上厭食症，從那時候起，她就對自己的身體遮遮掩掩的；而在為義大利的服飾品牌Flash & Partners拍攝廣告時，她數度在廣告中談論她的身體；廣告標題寫著大大的「反厭食症」（No Anorexia），當時的卡洛身高155公分左右，體重不到31公斤，可以說是真的「皮包骨」。

她當時提到，因為已經遮掩自己的身體太久，因此「想要無所畏懼地展現身體」，「雖然我知道我的身體令人反胃」；她同時也表示想要康復的決心，因為她「熱愛生命」，因此想要向年輕人說明厭食症的可怕性。

當時她所代言的服飾品牌Flash & Partners則是表示，想藉由卡洛的案例來向外界表達厭食症的真相，同時希望時尚界可以跳脫「瘦即是美」的刻板印象。卡洛也曾在2008年出版她的自傳，名為「不想變胖的小女孩」（The Little Girl Who Didn't Want to Get Fat），敘述她的心路歷程。

厭食症既話係果個人都唔想架啦,,
係個病搞到佢明明勁瘦都覺得自己好肥..
所以唔食野..
