玉子豆腐金菇肥牛煲

秋風起 *v* 通常我都會諗到食煲仔菜同打邊爐 ~
今晚就整左個金菇肥牛煲,如果喜歡食沙嗲可以加包沙嗲x去整 ,會惹味d {:22:}

肥牛醃一醃會滑d (醃料:雞粉,鼓油,油,糖,生粉,酒少許)
金菇要拖一拖水再煮

如果出去食玉子只會食炸玉子,因為自己比較難整到,好晒油
