我諗間間銀行都係甘慢, 見到佢地好他條, 試過有個中國人講英文鬧佢地, 入面D人即刻走多幾個出黎counter, 其實甘忙時應該甘做啦

係佢地特別慢, LUNCH時間就應該開多D COUNTER, 但TST嗰間就成日LUNCH淨係開2個COUNTER, 我喺其他銀行整野, 嗰條隊只要15-20分鐘就搞掂, 但係中銀就要30-40分鐘...

我試過有次做定期連續去兩日LUNCH去整都係成個lunch都搞唔到, 嬲到我返公司打去吵, 第二日就另開一個counter同我整, 不過我就取消左個account, 到前年至再開

只是要求佢繁忙時間問多D counter, 唔係時時都要人企係度ma, 成日見有staff係入面游黎游去好他條, 做咩唔幫住手先呢, 好多counter都吉左, 出面排隊的人等得好心急
