我經過今次先知,同埋我問左好多人都係唔知,
我投訴左呀,佢服務部竟然懶晒我錯,又話依d係common sense,
有咩可能,你做個行熟個行,係你地既common sense就真!
我話你個職員話未過期根本係誤導我,佢竟然又話我冇証據証明佢有咁講,

最後連唔好意思一句都冇,只係一直話我証明唔到,好嬲!唔知佢打哩做乜!!

我都覺得佢地係勁不負責任,就算服務部都係將責任推去我到,講到我錯晒而佢地員工就好稱職!我覺得好怨枉!=((
對質左都係話我無証據,佢地除左唔想賠錢,仲要硬屈全部都係我問題,我真係一肚火!
仲話個位職員冇咁樣講亦都唔會咁樣講野,因為佢地經過training!佢咁講已經係先入為主,唔通受過training就唔會錯唔會疏忽??
我問左n個人,佢地都唔知,真係唔想再有人有依種情況,所以不停提醒朋友!
冇得去由字可,比人咁屈真係唔憤氣!本身唸住跟康泰大公司應該ok ge,點知原來係咁q差!!!
