成人都會犯既嚴重錯誤！不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽巴！
有毒~不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽各位會下廚的朋友..注意啦啦 !!
煮蛋不可先放鹽.....
今天在「消費高手」節目中, 聽到烹飪老師說：
炒蛋或蒸蛋時 ,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽巴,因為鹽與蛋中ㄉ乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒！
所以 .....蒸蛋就只要加醬油,若加鹽蒸ㄉ蛋會有一點綠綠ㄉ顏色。
那就是化學變化產生ㄉ氯.
炒蛋 - 就等起鍋前再加鹽吧!
