18%女性揀有樓男友

　擁有物業除了是財富象徵，亦是能否拍拖及結婚的指標。一項調查發現，有16%女性指出若男方沒有物業，將不會結婚；另有18%女性認為，拍拖對象是否擁有物業是一個重要的考慮條件。

　　黃小姐任職私人企業公關，目前與父母合住。她自言收入雖然不俗，但07年大學畢業至今，仍未還清大學貸款，個人存款根本不足以支付首期。她坦言，不會因男友沒有物業而分手，但她不希望結婚後與奶奶同住，令婆媳關係緊張，認為擁有物業與否是結婚的條件之一，她不介意與男朋友共同負擔買樓費用。

[b]樓價高企　難覓安樂窩[/b]

　　不過，本港樓價高企，令她難以覓得一個安樂窩。她舉例指，屯門一個私人屋苑的二手樓價，已從數年前的約100萬元，急升至近年的150萬元以上，景觀較佳的單位甚至標價200萬元以上，樓價之高，令她難以獨力承擔，可能需要父母或家人提供資助。

　　調查訪問了1070人，發現受訪者中認為單靠儲蓄而能夠置業的信心下降，且愈來愈多人認為若樓價維持現時水平，未來10年內難以擁有物業。花旗香港銷售網絡及抵押信貸業務總監林智剛認為，雖然市民置業信心下跌，但置業方法卻較過往多，除尋求父國或其他家庭成員的資助外，亦可透過股票、基金等投資工具累積資本。

其實咁都好正常，一來唔想同奶奶住，二來女人當然想搵一個有能力的男人，唔通想搵個要養返佢轉頭咩。

我同男友都打算呢一二年計劃結婚, 我都有同男友講結左婚後唔會同奶奶住.
因為驚到時煩, 最緊要就係到時老公唔使左右做人難.

琴晚睇新聞至知係無樓個的唔會同佢結婚, 拍拖使佢地錢既拍都無所謂, 所以咪無50%囉

大多數都係, 因為阿媽會覺得個仔有左老婆唔關心自己, 個老婆就會覺得你照顧阿媽多過自己
