簡單自製蘿蔔糕有秘訣

農曆新年將至,關嘉發師傅教大家炮製大人小朋友都喜歡的蘿蔔糕。他更特別分享小秘訣,建議大家預先用雞湯拌勻粘米粉,可以避免粉漿感覺過重,而若想去除苦澀味,就記得要炒香蘿蔔絲。
