我自己咁覺得, 但之后要唔飲COFFE嗰D, 利尿的嘢, 唔係的話飲完=無飲.都要睇下你自己生活習慣, 如果你食DINNER的時間係好早的話, 可以飲佢當宵夜咁, 佢都會停留响你身體耐的!
