西蘭花伴三文魚扒
[b]材料及份量:[/b](適用於兩-三人份量)
西蘭花 1個
魚扒1塊(任何無骨魚扒都可) 我用左三文魚扒
先解凍

解凍後切粒

用調味料醃一陣 ( 大概20-30分鐘)

[b]調味料:
[/b]鹽 1茶匙
雞粉少許
生抽 2茶匙 (我用左甜鼓油)
胡椒粉 適量(可不加)

第1次用三文魚整, 味道真係唔錯 ^^ 不過原來三文魚好"漏" 同bf兩個都食唔曬,仲剩好多~~ 我諗,下次真係買好少就得 {:23:}

[b]製法:
[/b]1.將西蘭花每小朵一棵棵切下,小朵的略大的可對半切
2.如有時間,可將切好的西蘭花同鹽水淹半小時至一小時(務求小虫可出來),再用熱水略熟5分鐘 (出水原因係走青味),用凍水洗一洗待用
3.魚扒本身冇咩血水,只要用水洗一洗,用布或紙巾抺一抺乾,用少許鹽及胡椒粉醃5分鐘左右(若不怕腥, 可以不用加調味料)
4.魚扒放焗爐內焗或煎至熟,略金黃就可以
5.燒紅鑊炒西蘭花,加入鹽及生抽炒而熱
6.將西蘭花同已熟既魚扒伴靚即可
最後我會煮個油淋上面,咁d魚會更惹味 ^^

大概30-40分鐘左右~ 如果時間太趕可以放入微波爐解凍,好快 好吸引∼!!
