廉署唔係應該證據確鑿至會告人上庭既咩, 點可能法官睇唔到廉署既觀點, 依家重要納稅人一齊比堂費添, 咁大家心目中覺得陳生有無貪呢

法庭應該根據法理情去判, 結果好多法官係情理法去判, 最經典都應該係包致金既姪女啦, 超輕判
