自製鮮嫩香口烤羊架

關嘉發師傅教大家自製「烤羊架」,特別適合派對時一班朋友齊齊分享。關師傅特別在醃料中加入芥辣,除了可以去除羶味,亦令羊架更香口。他又提醒大家要先煎香羊架,鎖住肉汁,避免烤焗時變得乾身。
