有無聽過鹽水洗鼻有效治療鼻敏感?

上網睇勁嚴重都話有效wor
但醫生話無甘ge事

我之前睇鼻敏感專科, 個醫生都教我用鹽水洗鼻,但我怕水入鼻既感覺所以一直無試過 ><!
